Victoria House
Victoria House is a friendly and relaxed 4 star B&B between Woolacombe and Mortehoe. A delightful Edwardian country house built on a hillside surrounded by National Trust land.

It has spectacular sea views and easy access to the coast path, secluded coves and sandy beaches.

Breakfast is served overlooking Grunta Beach and as well as all the usual English fayre, guests can choose from fresh pineapple, melon and strawberries, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, eggs Benedict, hot filled baguettes, waffles, pancakes and maple syrup etc. We have no set time for breakfast, preferring you to choose so that you can start relaxing from the moment you arrive and forget alarm clocks and deadlines.

A very relaxing stay, made so much more enjoyable by the wonderful hostess, Heather. Rooms were spotlessly clean, with great views of the crashing waves below, (it rained for most of our stay!). Start the day with a very full breakfast at the time of your choice. Great pubs in Mortehoe and exhilarating walks along the coastal paths outside the front door. Highly recommended.

Top marks - excellent, comfortable and clean room; friendly and helpful hosts; unbelievable breakfast both in terms of choice and quality; top recommendation - probably the best B&B we have ever stayed at.

Parking was a bit of an issue but otherwise the accommodation and especially the food was excellent
