Tudor House, Skipton

Tudor House was built in 1849 as Bell Busk Station on the 'Little North Western Railway' by the Midland Railway Company to carry Victorian tourists from industrial Yorkshire to the seaside resort of Morecambe. The line was later extended to become the world famous Settle to Carlisle, one of the most scenic railway lines in the country.
