Tower House 1066
Tower House is a late Victorian house retaining many original features enhanced by quality decor and soft furnishings. Bedrooms at this 4 star B&B are comfortable with period furniture including some hand crafted four poster beds. Guests will find a comfortable sitting room, well-stocked bar and both traditional and conservatory dining rooms where imaginative dinners and English breakfasts are served.

Tower House offers the friendly atmosphere of a family-run hotel with the ambience of a country house. It is situated in the quiet heart of St. Leonards-on-sea (parking is never a problem) yet only 3/4 of a mile from the sea front and close to all amenities and family attractions that Hastings has to offer.

Every bedroom at Tower House is individually and beautifully decorated, all with en-suite facilities. Some rooms are furnished with four poster and half tester beds. We welcome animal lovers but regret that pets are not allowed.

We offer a varied and interesting menu. All meals are freshly prepared and vegetarian options are always available. Pre-dinner drinks? The well stocked bar offers a range of beers, lagers, wines and liqueurs and makes a comfortable corner in which to relax. The spacious conservatory, overlooking the hotel gardens, becomes a delightful breakfast room in the summer months.

For bookings of 4 nights or more, and/or special events and bank holidays we require a minimum of 7 days notice (prior to stay). For other bookings (prior to stay) a minimum of 48 hours notice is required. Please note that discounted rates for late bookings are non-refundable under any circumstances.
We require a valid credit card to secure bookings and reserve the right to charge the card for cancellations falling outside the permitted time scales, as detailed above. Debit cards are accepted to secure booking then full payment will be taken immediately, by entering into this contract you are authorizing us to make the above charges to the card without any additional consent being required.

Follow signs to Hastings and St Leonards. Pass through Silverhill junction (taking left hand lane). Then take right hand lane towards St. Leonards' Centre (London Road). Tower Road West (where Tower House 1066 is situated) will be found approximately ¼ mile on the right.
From the East
After Hastings Pier, pass Warrior Square Gardens traffic lights, take the London Road (on the right). Tower Road West will be found approximately ¾ mile on the left.
From the West
Turn left at Filsham Road traffic lights (signed A21 to London). At the top, turn left, then sharp right into Charles Road West. At the crossroads turn left into Tower Road West for Tower House 1066.
By Train
Our nearest station is St Leonards Warrior Square (Tower House 1066 is ½ mile north of the station). You can get a train from London Charing Cross, London Victoria, Gatwick, Brighton and Eastbourne.

Nearby Attractions:

London is just over an hour away by car (via the A21). The Channel Tunnel and the ferry ports of Dover and Newhaven are within an hour's drive. Tower House 1066 also makes a great base for exploring other towns in the area such as Brighton (1 hour), Rye (20mins), Lewes (50mins), Tunbridge Wells (30mins) or Eastbourne (30mins).
