ALL ABOUT EVERDON:
Everdon is a charming, unspoiled, conservation village, peacefully positioned in a delightful part of Northamptonshire. If you haven't been to this part of the country before you’re in for a treat! It’s charmingly picturesque - a really well kept secret!
Life goes on here much as it has always done. Flocks of sheep are driven through the village (the best we can achieve in terms of traffic jams!). Horses are heard trotting up the street. Children come to the old school on the green to be taught about the countryside. Our beautiful church stands tall, overlooking the valley - the famous English poet John Grey is reputed to have taken the inspiration for his "Elegy" from Everdon churchyard whilst he was staying with his uncle who was vicar here.
The village pub is always welcoming. We have excellent local walking, everything from wandering through our local Woodland Trust ancient wood, to strolling through lovely parkland, or a bracing march to a hilltop to be rewarded with some stunning views.

The room is great with cosy bed and armchair. Internet access is very fast. The garden also is very well kept. The cooked breakfast was a delight and Mrs. Barwood was very helpful in getting taxis booked for me. The surroundings are great and there are some nice walks. Finding a place for dinner could be a little problematic but if you have a car that won;t be a prblem. Finally, i highly recommend the place and would mot certainly stay again there if i'm in the surrounding.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this great Bed & Breakfast. It is in a great little village which makes for a nice quiet and peaceful stay, but is also close to some very useful road links. The owner was really friendly, thoughtful and welcoming. The room was very spacious, warm, clean, comfortable with good WiFi. The local pub was friendly and did a good supper. The breakfast was first rate. What a find! I'll certainly be staying here again.

We had a really lovely weekend at Threeways House. We arrived quite late on Friday evening to a very warm welcome. Mrs Barwood was very helpful and persuaded the local pub to serve us when they had officially stopped. Our room was great, really comfortable, well furnished and spotlessly clean. First rate breakfast in the new dining room, complete with a log fire!! Excellent local maps were provided and we had a great time enjoying some of the lovely footpaths. Mrs Barwood arranged taxis to the wedding we'd come for. Overall it was a great stay in a brilliant B&B. We'd highly recommend it! Brian and Mary-Ann Edwards

the owner was great, really nice perfectly cooked breakfast, the area was very quiet and peaceful but at least 3 miles to the nearest shop or pub for food and some of the walks were very over grown and some were just unusable.the room was absolutely wonderful really big had everything needed more the bathroom was clean but the main big room was very dusty with lots of dead spiders and cobwebs around just needed a really good clean and it would have been 5 star in my opinion i would go back any time if its had a thorough clean but it wasnt dirty as such.
