The Talbot Inn, Cirencester

We strive to offer a complete travellers service with luxuriously comfortable rooms, licensed bars and home cooked lunchtime and evening meals. The Talbot Inn offers huge location benefits, not only are we within easy walking distance of our historic town steeped in Roman history, we are an ideal base for day trips exploring the Cotswolds and surrounding area. There are many 'Bridle Paths' away from the traffic; in fact, the area is walker and cycle friendly, all equally welcome at The Talbot Inn.

The accommodation is situated in the North wing and fronted by a floral courtyard with raised flowerbeds. The rooms are annexed to the main building in a converted stable block. Matching colour schemes with co-ordinated furnishings give a cottage feel to our en-suite rooms. The four rooms we have consist of 2 double bedded, 1 twin bedded and 1 double bedded with full size cot (crib) and a put up bed (to suit child upto age 12). We will offer these rooms for single occupancy on request. They also boast power showers and remote control Teletext colour televisions. A complimentary tray of coffees, teas (including herbal) and nighttime drinks is included.

Our breakfasts are always enjoyed with a full range of juices, cereals, cooked traditional and vegetarian cuisine. We are used to catering for special dietary needs so please specify if any are required. We have a full fire certificate. There is ample parking for all residents and customers. A No Smoking policy is in operation in all rooms and encouraged at breakfast.

Our lunchtime menu covers all range of lighter, snack meals. For example:- baguettes or soft baps with various fillings, jacket potatoes, toasted sandwiches, soup or ploughmans lunch. Prices start from ?2.10. The evening menu is also available at lunchtime. Our evening menu is extremely comprehensive.
