Two miles west of Norton St. Philip is Farleigh Hungerford Castle and, just beyond, the town of Bradford on Avon. Other places of interest are Longleat, Stonehenge, historic Glastonbury, Wells, with its beautiful cathedral, and Cheddar and Wookey Hole.
