Really good family hotel, friendly. We stayed over the August bank holiday on B&B rate. We had a great family room overlooking the sea. No complaints about breakfast. Overall good, if a little dated in areas.

lovely hotel, brilliant service from staff. When we had discoloured water coming from the tap to the bath they changed our room to a superior room at no extra cost. Very impressed. Lovely location with superb views of both the down, and Swanage itself. Would highly recommend. Food excellent.

Lovely traditional family hotel - located within walking distance to the main beach, town and daily punch and judy show ! Breakfast menu and quality of food is amazing. Some rooms refurbed, we stayed in the rooms not yet refurbed - once completed the hotel would easily rate as a 5/6. Staff helpful, beautiful views, and great family suites - perfect english holiday
