Yvette Oqvist Family Visit United Kingdom Stayed: 27/08/2011 - 29/08/2011	9 Really good family hotel, friendly. We stayed over the August bank holiday on B&B rate. We had a great family room overlooking the sea. No complaints about breakfast. Overall good, if a little dated in areas.

When we had discoloured water coming from the tap to the bath they changed our room to a superior room at no extra cost. Very impressed. Lovely location with superb views of both the down, and Swanage itself. Would highly recommend. Food excellent.
