The Piddle Inn
The Piddle Inn is a 4 star, pet friendly Inn which can be found deep in the heart of the Dorset countryside, nestled in the beautiful Piddle Valley. The Inn takes its name from the River Piddle which flows past the sunny beer garden and ample car park, creating a picturesque foreground for a stunning view of the countryside beyond.

All of our rooms have large brand new en-suite bathrooms with high powered electric showers. We take pride in our decor, and believe that we have created a comfortable atmosphere to relax in and enjoy. Fresh flowers are regularly placed in each room, and if you would like to celebrate a special occasion, or would just like to indulge yourselves, wine or Champagne can also be waiting for you on arrival.

Well behaved dogs are welcome to stay with our guests in the rooms.

Hotel Policies:

Arrivals: After 2 pm, unless previously arranged.
Departures: Before 11 am, unless previously arranged.

Cancellation Policy In the event of a cancellation with 7 or more days’ notice, we will return the deposit. For cancellations between 3 and 6 days, we will not be able to return the deposit, unless we can re-let the accommodation. With less than 3 days’ notice of a cancellation, we will unfortunately have to charge the full amount for the accommodation, unless we can re-let the room.

We will ask for a credit card deposit for 50% of the total cost to secure your booking. If you would prefer to send a cheque as a deposit, we request that it covers the whole amount of your accommodation.

we had a lovely time despite the weather! Thr Inn is very comfortable, staff very friendly and food excellent. Milly the dog really enjoyed the sausage she got for breakfast.

All the staff and locals where friendly and helpful. The accomodation was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable. And the food was excellent. A realy enjoyable stay.
