The Old Tram House
The Old Tram-House is a beautiful Victorian stone villa, the last relic of the Stirling Tram Company. Nestling beside The William Wallace memorial and very close to Stirling University.

We offer en-suite rooms and are open all year round welcoming everyone and Alison strives to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

We are ideally located on a main bus route and all major attractions are within easy reach. Edinburgh and Glasgow airports are just 25 - 40 minutes away.

The Tram-House offers double, twin and family room accommodation, all private en-suite, and each decorated to a very high standard retaining their own original character.

Each room offers flat screen DVD/TVs, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryers, welcome trays and FREE WI-FI throughout the house.

We also have a tastefully decorated guest lounge situated on the ground floor for guests to relax and unwind in. There is also has a notebook which guests are very welcome to use, ideal for business people or those just wishing to stay in touch with home.

We also have an excellent breakfast menu which comprises of buffet starters followed by a comprehensive mains selection to choose from. Full Scottish Breakfast includes Haggis and black pudding. Vegetarian and lighter options are available with special dietary needs catered for provided they arediscussed in advance.

The dining room is elegantly decorated and offers a banquet style table adorned with fine china and crystal glasses and fresh linen napkins to give guests a very special start to the morning.

We have private parking.
