The Old Rectory
Enjoy Bed & Breakfast in a beautifully restored 17th Century family house combining the comforts of modern living with period features. The historic house (there's even a well in the hall) is set in 2 acres of country garden, adjacent to the round-towered Norman Church of St Andrew, with numerous delightful country walks in the peaceful lanes of this rural location.

There is also easy access to the historic city of Norwich (4 miles), the University of East Anglia, the Norfolk Broads and many miles of unspoilt coastline. One double room, one twin-bedded room and a luxury bathroom. Tea and cofffee making facilities are provided in each room.

Full English or Continental Breakfast is served in the dining room and visitors can enjoy the beamed sitting room with its inglenook fireplace.

Children are welcome and special dietry requirements catered for. Other facilities include a games room with a pool table, use of the garden and ample car-parking. We are a non-smoking home.

Only there for the one night for my daughter's university interview but we were made to feel very welcome indeed, it really is a nice B&B. I just wish it had been in the spring or summer so that we could have savoured the lovely and expansive garden as well.

delightful hosts and home. No problems at all. One point: we were not aware that we would share a bathroom. Not a problem, since other guests were not around, but could have been a rush when we had an early departure. Will probably return!

A very enjoyable stay in a very clean and comfortable old house set in beautiful grounds. We were made very welcome on arrival and given excellant information about the surrounding area. Breakfasts were 5* plus. I hope I get the opportunity to stay there again in the future.

Fantastic. We got a special deal so dinner was included, which was delicious. Both hosts extremely helpful without being intrusive. Will definitely go again.
