The Mount House, Scarborough

The Mount House is a friendly, family run, 100% 4 Star Victorian Guest House, perfectly situated for all the reasons you need to visit the wonderful resort of Scarborough. The Guest House is a 15 minute stroll to the beach, Futurist Theatre, Spa Theatre and Conference Centre, Stephen Joseph Theatre, Railway Station, the busy town centre with shopping precinct. We are also a short drive away from The Scarborough Campus (University of Hull) and Oliver's Mount race track.

The Guest House which can be found in a quiet area of South Cliff, has private parking spaces available for it's guests use, or unrestricted parking is permitted on Trinity Road, which carries mainly residential traffic.

Robin, Liz Desborough and family are dedicated on making guests welcome and at home, there is no stiff formality, just a very relaxed atmosphere where we will make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

We offer spacious comfortably furnished en-suite bedrooms, from singles to a large family room, good home cooked food to suite your taste and all the other benefits you'd expect from a Visit Britain 4 Star establishment.
