The Limes
The Limes is a friendly, informal twelve-bedroom guesthouse a few minutes walk (up a fairly steep hill) from the beach, town and coastal walks. All rooms (except a couple of singles) are ensuite and some have sea views. There is a cosy licensed bar and a private car park. We welcome families, groups and pets.

fantastic breakfast.Room v.good Bed very comfey. Staff excellant.Brilliant location. Took our two dogs.(Only allowed in room, not in public rooms, which is fine. )Room had patio doors to outside with greenspace and seating and lovely view. No complaints at all, would visit again. Highly recommend.

We had an excellent 3 nights there with our Jack Russell and 22 year old daughter. It was peaceful, well organised and the view was wonderful. Lyn is most helpful, welcoming and resourceful and we had a great stay. Breakfast was delicious too.

The Limes is a very lovely hotel and the owners could not have been more friendly or helpful. The room was excellent and the breakfasts are superb! Dogs are made really welcome and everyone we met there had nothing but praise for it. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we are looking forward to coming back at the end of this month.

Very clean comfortable room, great sea view, lovely breakfast, ideal location, made to feel very welcome so was our dog! The only downside was that we couldn't get in the room until 4pm. Would def stay there again.

A long time sice I'd been to Swanage and was so happy to find a place to accept a dog. The Limes was wonderful! We were extra lucky to have a room with sea view, big windows and everything spic/span and comfy. The landlady was delightful and the breakfasts super. Really would recommend this lovely hotel so close to all we wanted...town/ beach/Durlston Park for great walks...Really great!!! Moira

This is the third time Myself, my mom and my dog 'Talli' have stayed at The Limes and we have been 100% satisfied every time. Lyn the owner is very welcoming, especially to Talli and the breakfast choice is excellent, We will definatley be staying there again.

We had a great stay at the Limes - the mattress needed renewing but that has been taken care of. Very dog friendly and hope to stay there again soon.

A very enjoyable stay. A warm and friendly welcome on arrival. We had a dog with us and the host informed us of places to eat as soon as we arrived. Room was lovely, clean and tidy. would recommend this accommodation.

The Limes was a beautiful Edwardian hotel in a great spot in Swanage. The room was cleaned daily and was large. It was very hot weather and a mini fridge would've made our stay perfect, as it was, our choc melted and our own skimmed milk for tea went off. Not the Limes fault it was so hot tho!! We would go again for sure.
