Completely refurbished January 2008, We have now been awarded the visit Britain 4 star silver award. The Leauses is a beautiful Victorian guesthouse, boasting many period features with a modern twist.
The Leauses is situated in Cirencester, the 'Heart of the Cotswolds', and offers five spacious en–suite guest rooms for non-smokers. A garden and a secure car park with electronic access can be found at the rear of the property. The Leauses is the perfect base, whether exploring the Cotswolds or simply relaxing. Close to Cirencester town centre, and all its attractions. A short drive takes you to the Cotswold Water Parks, and surrounding villages. Cheltenham, Tetbury, Bath, Bourton on the Water, Stow on the Wold, Stratford upon Avon and Warwick are just some of the places of interest within a 1hr drive.
We now also have a holiday cottage. Built and furnished to a very high standard the holiday cottage is situated at the rear of the guest house with its own street access. The cottage has 2 spacious bedrooms(1 double and 1 twin), a large bathroom with seperate bath and shower. Lounge with bed settee, flatscreen lcd, sky tv, dvd player and playstation 2. Downstairs toilet and laundry with washer and dryer, and large fully equipped kitchen/dinner with access onto the garden, where there is table, chairs and bbq. The cottage has parking and storage for bikes etc, but please note we only accept bookings for a minimum of 5 days from 1st March to 1st November.
With five beautiful en-suite, no-smoking guest rooms. Our aim is to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Our individually decorated and furnished accommodation consists of three double rooms, one twin and one family room. All rooms are provided with complimentary tray, television, hairdryers and a range of bathroom accessories.
All guests are issued with a key on arrival and there are no time restrictions. Please advise us if an early check in is required, and we will try to ensure the room is ready on arrival.
