Described by The Sunday Times as `The perfect country pub one always hopes to find, but seldom does`.
Nestled amidst the pretty Cotswold stone village of Bledington, sits the Kings Head Inn in all it`s glory, resting on the village green complete with stream and quacking ducks.
The rooms are fabulous, with meticulous attention to detail. Quirky, quaint and charming above the 16th century Inn or a more contempory feel in the quiet, courtyard annexe. Whichever you choose, painted woods,great colours and lush fabrics adorn them all.
The bar is always well stocked with local Ales and Lagers, fine malts and I should say that the landlords famous Bloody Mary is a must!
The wine list is a pleasure and the menu is made up from local produce including the family farmed Aberdeen Angus beef.
Enjoy a homemade Steak and Ale pie or Devilled Lambs Kidneys next to a cosy log fire in the Winter or lucious, handmade, fresh fishcakes in the cobbled courtyard garden, for that peaceful summer`s eve.
