We hope you'll find useful information here to make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible. Killiecrankie House is a small, friendly hotel, ideally located at the gateway to the Highlands, just three miles north of Pitlochry.
Killiecrankie House is a family-run hotel owned by Henrietta Fergusson. We're sure you'll find that our tranquil setting, excellent food and wonderful location will ensure a memorable visit.
Killiecrankie House was originally built as a private country residence for a local Church minister in 1840. It was converted into an hotel in 1939 and is a family run hotel owned by Henrietta Fergusson.
The hotel sits in four acres of wooded grounds with a delightful herbaceous border garden (pictured right) and a rose garden on the west side of the house. The front of the house faces the wooded hillside of Fonvuik across the Pass of Killiecrankie and the River Garry, and to the east of the house, there are lawned gardens and wooded grounds. The hotel enjoys a quiet, peaceful location in stunning scenery amongst the verdant Perthshire countryside.
