You can be sure of a hearty breakfast using local ingredients. We also offer 3 course homemade evening meals made from local produce.

To make your stay more comfortable we have a guest living room which has an open log fire, internet connection, phone, TV, books, games and music. For additional comfort you can relax in the conservatory or make use of our lovely walled garden. We have our own private car park with a large bike storage facility should you need it.

ABOUT US:
Holiday and business guests are assured of a warm welcome and a pleasant stay at The Horseshoe Guest House. There are two double en suite rooms, one single room and one twin en suite room located on the 1st floor, there is also a twin en-suite room with disabled access on the ground floor. All the rooms have a distinctly Welsh names taken from the local area.

ROOMS:
Gwastedyn is a twin ensuite room. This room has a bathroom that accommodates a WC, hand basin and large bath – perfect for relaxing after a days activity. It also has a separate shower room.

Glan-yr-afon is a large double ensuite room that has a comfortable king size bed. This room can also accommodate an additional single bed for family bookings if required. The ensuite facilities consist of a shower, hand basin and WC. There is also a separate hand basin located in the bedroom.

Claerwen is a double ensuite room. This room features an delightful area of exposed stone wall. It has a double iron bed with crisp white bed linen. The ensuite has a shower, WC and hand basin. There are beautiful views of the countryside, perfect at sunset.

Cwm Elan is a cosy single room. It is fitted with antique pine furniture and has a hand wash basin within the room. The bathroom is in an adjoining room with shower, hand basin and WC.

Barcut Coch, meaning Red Kite, is a ground floor ensuite twin room suitable for wheelchair access. There is a small entrance lobby to the bedroom – great for hanging wet coats and storing walking boots. The pretty bedroom has plenty of storage with large fitted wardrobes and a window overlooking the garden. Adjoining is a wet room which includes a walk in shower area on one level, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Relax in the conservatory and then take a stroll in the garden and relax on a bench soaking up the sunshine, or if you prefer, why not take tea in the garden and read that book that you needed to find the time to enjoy.
