The Headlands Hotel
The Headlands is a small family run, licensed hotel situated in a superb position overlooking Mevagissey Bay and Chapel Point (as our panorama view above testifies).

Mevagissey is an ideal place to tour Cornwall from, as it is placed halfway between Plymouth and Lands End on one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline. It is also only 22 miles from Newquay and the North Coast.

The Headlands is a small family run, licensed hotel situated in a superb position overlooking Mevagissey Bay and Chapel Point.The hotel has a very friendly, informal feel with clean, comfortable accommodation.

There are two first class golf courses within five miles of the hotel. In addition there is a sports complex in St. Austell whilst horse riding and shark and wreck fishing is available locally.

Hotel is clean , access not suitable for elderly as steep steps lead to entrance. My one observation would be that breakfast is not buffet style (you have to ask for cornflakes, juice etc. It would be more appropiate to let guests choose from a seletion of Cereals, Juices Yoghurts etc , then ask whether they wanted a cook Breakfast etc.
