The Halfway House Inn, Yeovil

A substantial old Inn that makes an ideal base from which to explore Somerset and Dorset, the Halfway House Inn Country Lodge offers the very best in country hospitality.

A charming establishment, there is a delightful dining area, where customers can enjoy a range of tempting dishes from the imaginative and varied menu, using local produce where available.

The accommodation comprises 15 en suite rooms, including a disabled friendly lodge, two family rooms, and a luxurious Bridal Suite with Jacuzzi and steam/shower cabinet.

Breakfast is available to our guests from 7.30 am to 10 am during weekdays and from 8 am to 10 am at weekends. Help yourself to cereals, orange juice and tea or coffee from the serving table then choose from any combination of sausage, bacon, grilled tomatoes, mushrooms, black pudding, fried egg and baked beans for your breakfast.

We serve meals all day everyday from 12 noon to 9 pm. Guests can enjoy delicious meals at any time of day, choosing from the imaginative and varied menu created by expert Chefs and catering for all tastes, using only the freshest and best of local produce including locally reared Water Buffalo Steak. In addition to the main menu we have a Specials Blackboard. You are also recommended to try our excellent Sunday Roast.
