The Grosvenor is a spacious and inviting 11 bedroomed guest house with the feel of a small hotel. We are situated in a superb location overlooking Summerleaze Beach near to the centre of town, with stunning views across the surrounding countryside including the river, canal and lock, castle and Compass Point.
Our aim is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, and offer the most affordable and attractive accommodation in Bude. During your stay why not sink into one of our large comfy sofas, or relax in our conservatory and enjoy the fabulous panoramic views.
All of our 11 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms or showers & WC, with the exception of the single room which has a separate private bathroom. The rooms are comfortably furnished and attractively decorated. Amenities include a hospitality tray, colour TV with remote control, alarm clock radio, fresh white cotton towels & sheets, soap, bath gel and shampoo dispensers.
Premier rooms are situated at the front of the guest house with stunning panoramic views. We can offer a variety of accommodation including single, double or twin rooms, and 3 or 4 bed family rooms. You will have your own key and access to the house throughout the day.
There are car parking spaces in front of the building for guests. Our individual rooms are listed on our tariff so you may choose and tailor the accommodation to suit your requirements and even check availability.
