Welcome to THE GABLE HOUSE a part period 17th Century building set in secluded grounds surrounded by a 10ft high brick and flint wall. Ideally situated for Norwich, The Norfolk Broads and the Norfolk Coast
All rooms are en-suite complete with 20" colour TV with Teletext and Tea and Coffee making facilities. All rooms have Video recorders for guests to record their favourite programs while out.
Guests may relax in our Garden Room where there is a wide choice of novels, puzzles and board games. Help complete our Jigsaw puzzle or watch our Large Screen TV.
On sunny days guests are invited to relax in our secluded garden.Breakfast is served in the Dining Room at the time of your choice (within reason). Warm summer afternoons why not enjoy a pot of tea and a slice of cake in our garden.
Within walking distance of Horstead and the nearby village of Coltishall there are a variety of places offering evening meals. For those of you with hearty appetites you need look no further than across the road to The Recruiting Sergeant where an excellent choice of food is served.
