The Denes is peacefully located at entrance to Valley of Rocks, and a short walk from the heart of the village. It makes an ideal base for exploring Exmoor whether walking, cycling or driving.
Feature fireplaces, original paintings and delicious home cooked food are our trademark.

The denes is a lovely guest house. the hosts were friendly and welcoming. Our room didn`t have a view but it was a lovely comfortable room we especially liked the bathroom being ofset from the bedroomWe stayed in room 4 at the back of the house. Lynton and Lynmouth are beautiful well wirth a visit.
