The welcome our grpoup recieved was lovely.Tea and hot gross buns on arrival and our cases then transported to our rooms. The lounge was waswarm and gave a cosy feeling to it.The dining room appaered could lokk larger but with clever use od the curtains made it look cosy. The food well Anne shoud be on master chef brilliant wholesome cooking.Rooms well I was in a single room bed very comfy ensuite toilet shower and bath very adequate.Yes some decore needed redoing but nothing to write home aboutThe review written by Nrs Ack is damming and untrue. Its a three star hotel not a five star and I feel I would have no hestation to go back.Mr and Mrs MCTear have had a traumatising time recenly yet they gave us full attention.I applaud them

hotel was clean but thats the only good thing ,it looks like its stuck in a timewarp will chintz everywhere ,downstairs stinks of dirty old furniture ,would never stay again
