A warm, friendly welcome and elegant, comfortable accommodation await you at The Cottage. Our 16th century family home overlooks the village green in Rushlake Green, a tiny picturesque village set in the beautiful countryside of East Sussex.
Whether you are coming for a short break, two week holiday or a family event, we pride ourselves that we will provide a relaxing and luxurious stay.
Our guests are accommodated in beautiful double rooms with full en-suite facilities. Both have king size beds, one a four- poster. Every home comfort is provided: colour television, tea and coffee making facilities, sherry, biscuits, mineral water, hair dryer and robes. Guests have their own sitting room. Free Wi-Fi. Fridge for guests' use in dining room.
How to Find Us:
Follow the A265 out of Heathfield in the direction of Etchingham. Turn right onto the B2096 signposted to Battle. Go through the hamlet of Cade Street, and after about half a mile turn right at Chapel Cross, signposted to Rushlake Green. Take the first left turn, and follow the lane into Rushlake Green. As soon as you arrive at the village green turn left, along the top of the green. The Cottage is the first house on the left.
