Award-winning eco-friendly guest house with five opulent boutique hotel rooms offering gourmet breakfasts, spa treatments - including reiki, reflexology, deep tissue, hot stone massage, aromatherapy, and so on.
There's free wifi throughout but please be aware there are no televisions here, instead we offer the best night of sleep with extremely comfortable pocket-spring beds. Egyptian or organic linen.
In house cleaning and laundry with eco-friendly products, soaps and shampoos free of SLS and parabens, solar hot water, rooms painted in eco-limewash ... a paint with no harsh chemicals but with a rich, deep texture. Only Himalayan crystal salt used in cooking. No microwaves.
Each room has a music selection from contemporary chill-out to jazz to classical. Fine art and coffee table books are in all the rooms. Original artworks, antiques, sculptures, and, photographs by the owner - as collected by museums, globally syndicated, published in numerous magazines, shown in galleries, etc.
The owner won a gold medal at the Chelsea Flower Show but the garden here remains a constant work in progress. In the growing season home-grown apples, plums and pears are offered to guests, as are strawberries, blueberies, mint and various other herbs.
We are in a quiet residential area, yet 7 minutes walk from St Leonards Warrior Square train station.

Hastings Museum is a fifteen minute walk, as is Alexandra Park. Likewise, the seafront is a fifteen minute walk. Hastings town centre is a 20 minute walk.
