Nine bedrooms were added, all with en-suite bath or shower rooms and furnished to an exceptional standard with co-ordinated decor and pine furniture throughout.
Many architectural features of the original building have been retained to provide a traditional ambience which contrasts beautifully with the modern amenities. Central heating, colour TV and tea/coffee making facilities are standard.
Served in the restaurant or in the bar seven days a week, lunchtimes and evenings. The emphasis is on fresh, locally sourced ingredients put together by our chef, Derek Ballantyne, whose reputation is now well established. The menu is constantly changing and reflects the seasonal availability of good quality produce
