The Berkeley at Babbacombe is a small comfortable AA four star guest house, offering bed and breakfast, ideally situated upon Babbacombe Sea Front with magnificent views across The Downs and Lyme Bay. We also have our own licensed Tea Rooms for where you can enjoy a Devon cream tea, a snack or perhaps a glass or two of wine.
Front 'premier' rooms offer sea facing balconies where you can sit and enjoy the breathtaking views and watch the world go by.
The Berkeley is a four bedroomed family run guest house. All our delightfully decorated rooms are ensuite and although dinner is not served, the acclaimed breakfasts will set you up for a good days sightseeing.
Within walking distance of The Berkeley at Babbacombe is the Babbacombe Model Village, Bygones, The Babbacombe Theatre, Torquay United Football Club, Babbacombe Cliff Railway, the beach and an assortment of bars and resturants and the precinct of St. Marychurch.

We offer free parking to our guests, free Wi Fi, Our Tea Rooms are open most days (except Mondays) during the season and during the summer evenings till around 10pm (weather permitting). If you are travelling by Train or Coach collection from the stations will be made whenever possible or if you are walking the coastal path we can arrange delivery of your goods to your next destination and no extra charge.

Nearby Attractions:
Babbacombe Model Village, Bygones, The South West Coastal Path, The Babbacombe Theatre, Torquay United Football Club, Babbacombe Cliff Railway, the beaches, an assortment of bars and resturants and the precinct of St. Marychurch. Torquay is a short 10 minute bus ride away or perhaps a half hour stroll. Diving is held at Babbacombe Beach and our local 'Divers Down' can help you with details.
