Each apartment has a fitted kitchen, lounge/dining area, bath or shower room and one or two bedrooms. Apartments 1, 2 and 3 each sleep up to five people and are located on the ground, first and second floor respectively.

The main bedroom contains both a double and a single bed, with the second bedroom being furnished with twin beds. All have shower rooms. Apartments 2 and 3 enjoy excellent sea views. Apartment 4, ground floor sleeps three in one double and one single bedroom. Equipped with shower room and separate W.C, this apartment enjoys views over Falmouth Bay and the gardens.
