The Telford House was a great little place to stay. It was close to the beach, harbor and train stations. The folks that run it are absolutely wonderful and the food was great!

Nearby Attractions:

We are a few minutes away from Gyllingvase beach with its bar, hotels, tennis courts, lovely gardens and cliffs and a few minutes walk into town and harbour. The Maritime Museum is only a short walk from us and this area is obviously ideal from the point of touring. We also have a local bus which will take you to the Eden Project. The Princess Pavillion is three minutes away with its beautiful beer garden and free entertainment is available during the summer. You can also visit the small theatre which is in this complex. For those wanting to see the wonderful countryside, there is a cliff path walk down as far as the Helford River. For water lovers - you can get ferries to St. Mawes, Flushing and even up to the centre of Truro and there are plenty of opportunities to sail.

We were five people and the welcome, the rooms and the breakfast were all first class. It was clean and friendly and I have stayed in four star hotels that were not as good. Brilliant, We'll be back.
