Built in 1490 in a charming, picturesque position we offer a haven in which to unwind, relax and discover the intricate charm of Hastings and 1066 Country. Our guest rooms are tastefully furnished to an extremely high standard, each one providing comfort, luxury and elegance unprecedented in Hastings Old Town. Individually designed, with relaxation in mind, all our bedrooms are ensuite with a choice of either a bathroom or shower room. Many of our furnishings, artwork and toiletries are sourced from our interiors emporium, No Eight.

As a founder Local Sussex Breakfast provider, we are proud of our varied and tantalizing gourmet menu, the main ingredients of which are sourced locally where possible. Our dairy products come from Northiam Dairy in Rye, our free range Lohmann eggs from Catsfield, and our bacon and sausages from Wickham Manor farm, Winchelsea. Our kippers and haddock are from Peter's Eastern fish shop in Hastings Old Town.

Deposits are non-refundable, they are for a booking within the 2 day cancellation period.
In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 2 days notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
The Renaissance Suite (two adjoining rooms sharing ensuite shower room) is suitable for friends & families starting from £25 per child, per night.
