A 3 star Hotel.Situated just a 2 Minute level walk from the beach & shops.

The towns of Llandudno,Colwyn Bay,& Conway are only 5 minutes drive away & just 10 minutes to the Mountains & castles of Snowdonia.
Large family rooms & family suites available.Dogs welcome

From Chester take the A55 to exit sign posted Old Colwyn then turn towards promenade and Beach turn left along Promenade for 2 miles past the small boats to Rhos point then turn left into Abbey Road.
From the A5 take A470 at Betws-y-Coed towards Llanrwst stay on the road till you join the A55 take

M Goode Holiday Makers United Kingdom Stayed: 07/08/2010 - 10/08/2010	5 One-night stay with 3 children How wonderful to find a hotel with a room that has a double bed for 2 parents and 3 beds for the children - there aren't enough of them in the UK! Arrived in the early evening to a friendly welcome so had some delicious sandwiches in the bar with the kids. The breakfast went down really well, especially as they had mini-boxes of coco pops. After checking out, a 10-minute walk down the road towards the seafront took us to a children's playground with paddling pool which they loved!

Neil b Single Person United Kingdom Stayed: 20/10/2010 - 24/10/2010	10 Lovely friendly place to stay. I have stayed here before and both times the staff have been wonderful. The room this time was much smaller than the previous one but still comfortable and warm. It is very close to the sea and i enjoyed the short walk into town for a bit of dinner where i grabbed fish & chips and sat on the beach watching the world go by. When i'm next up this way i will try and stay here again.

The hotel is clean and tidy and is located in a quiet area within walking distance of the sea front. Although we were in the area to attend a funeral the hotel experience was enjoyable. There were no evening meals at this time but a pub a short distance away did excellent food.
