Booked here for location, close to Ashton, Oldham, Huddersfield, what a find, lovely room and good breakfast, can definately recommend it.

We received a lovely warm welcome and were thrilled with the new lambs, we even got to bottle feed one of the orpahns. Great place and great people, brilliant views of the hills and a nice village pub just down the lane. Will definately return.

We were walking the Pennine Way and had to walk from the route down into Diggle so we were really pleased to be offered a lift back up to the Way next morning. Our stay was quite short but very enjoyable-we were made very welcome-nice room with good views. A good breakfast helped us on our way. Thanks.

What a fabulous location, great views, lovely room warm and cosy overlooking the fields and pond and a hearty farmhouse breakfast. to start the day. Will definitely stay again, there is so much to do in the area.
