Stonebank
Stonebank is an early 17th century former farmhouse with two comfortable double ensuite bedrooms, a guest lounge and garden for relaxation. There is parking for 2 cars.
We are situated in a quiet area of the village of Chickerell, which has a restaurant, two pubs, village shop/postoffice & pharmacy.
Three miles to the east is the bustling seaside town of Weymouth, 8 miles north is the county town of Dorchester and 8 miles to the west is the attractive village of Abbotsbury with it's famous swannery & sub tropical gardens. The World Heritage Jurassic coast & south west coastal path is within a mile. Please note, minimum stay 2 nights.

We foung Stonebank by chance on the net a few years ago as my husband was looking for a short trip down memory lane as he used to stay in Chickerall for holidays with relatives. We were thinking we might come back but we would be bringing a friend with us so we thought of the self catering part but appreciate prices for both in May 2009
