St Ann's House is a small and friendly 3 star Guest House B&B only 10 minutes walk from the centre of Inverness.

This quiet, family run establishment has a comfortable lounge for the sole use of guests. A restricted licence allows both alcoholic and soft drinks to be served to guests. When your exploring is complete for the day relax in the beautiful St Ann’s House gardens or in the residents’ lounge.

The house was built in the late 19th century for the first postmaster of Inverness and has been extensively modernised, while still retaining a sense of character. All the rooms at St Ann’s are furnished to a high quality.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and at St Ann's we are committed to giving you the best. Choose from our superb cheese board, continental meats and fruit platter or enjoy the traditional Scottish breakfast.

Packed lunches, high teas and evening meals are also available.

Friendly, helpful, courteous, and such yummy food. The bathroom was amazing. The room was tiny, but so nice and comfortable. The hosts were sweet and kind. I'm definitely staying here again when I come up. Worth the money!
