We are situated only a few minutes drive or a leisurely stroll along the Lade Braes walk to the historic town centre and golf courses. There is a bus service nearby, around town and to train and local bus station. We are ideally placed as a touring base for Central and Eastern Scotland. Dundee is 11 miles away, Perth is 31 miles away and Edinburgh is 54 miles away. More locally within a 20 minute drive is the East Neuk of Fife, with its picturesque harbours and attractive coastal walks.
Our comfortable bedrooms have colour T.V. 's with the option of watching films or choosing from a comprehensive selection of golf videos. Each room also has tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryers, clock/alarm radios, electric blankets and a wide range of reading material. There is central heating throughout in all rooms and towels are changed daily.
