Reduced price if you stay for 3 nights or more! Ring for details.
Quiet, friendly ensuite accomodation in a unique Regency town-house within walking distance of the town centre.

The central position of Sedgmoor Heights makes it an ideal base for touring Cornwall. Attractions such as the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are a 15 minute drive away, whilst the beautiful beaches and picturesque harbour villages of St Austell Bay are within easy reach. The beginning of the Sustrain Trail to Eden and the Clay Museum is a five minute walk away.

All rooms are ensuite, centrally heated, non-smoking, individually furnished and decorated, and well equipped. All rooms have TVs [with Freeview digital reception], tea/coffee/chocolate making facilities, hair-dryer, clock-radio, wine-glasses, etc.

Breakfast is served in the bright, elegant dining room at the front of the main house, overlooking the Gover Valley. Enjoy home cooked, locally sourced organic food [as much as we can find!]

There is a guest car park at the front of the house for those arriving by car. Rail, train and coach links are all a genuine 10 minute walk away.

Guests have their own entrance through the fully enclosed, Mediterranean style courtyard. A picnic table is available for guests' use. Take time to enjoy the surroundings, full of flowers in spring & summer.

46 Bodmin Road is a large townhouse which was built for the rich industrialists of St Austell circa 1820. The servants' quarters have been thoughtfully renovated to provide our guests with a comfortable stay whilst retaining many of the original features. The landing area at the top of the stairs separates the Maid's Room and The Nursery. It has an original fireplace as well as a games table and a place to contribute to the pets' picture gallery!

Visit or web-site to learn even more. When you contact us, please give us your telephone number; we like the humble telephone because it's quicker, easier and much more friendly than any other method of communication.

We look forward to hearing from you.
