Seacroft is in an ideal location just a mins walk from the seafront and near to the harbour. Paignton town is a 5/10 min walk away with its shops, inns, restaurants, theatre and music venues. The beach and green is bustling throughout the summer months with events and activities. Paignton is attractive to couples and families with such a wide range of attractions to suit everyone. The guesthouse has 8 guest rooms, all with en-suite shower rooms. We have double and family rooms available with 2 rooms on the groundfloor. There is a sunny guest conservatory and south facing guest garden to relax in at any time. We offer a wide choice of breakfast in our spacious dining room to set you up for the day. We endeavour to make your stay an enjoyable one, and can arrange for flowers, chocs etc., to be in your room on arrival for special occassions with prior notice.

Coming along the Esplanade Road with the sea on the left, turn right at the mini-roundabout into Sands Road, then the first right into Adelphi Lane, and first left into our carpark at the rear of Seacroft. We are on the corner of Sands Road and Adelphi Lane.
By Train or Bus, turn into Torbay Road, continue until T junction with Apollo opposite, and turn right on the Esplanade Road, continue until the mini roundabout, turn right into Sands Road, we are the first guesthouse on the right.

The Paignton & Dartmouth Steam Railway is located in the centre of Paignton runs from April to October all along the beautiful coast to Dartmouth. Paignton Zoo and Botanical Gardens is a great day out for everyone. Also in Paignton is Oldway Mansion, Splashdown QuayWest, Waterpark, Pirates Crazy Golf, Roundham Gardens Pitch & Putt, Cliff Gardens and Nurmerous Parks, not to mention the anual regattas, carnivals, fireworks and fairs. Each weds night from May - September is BMAD (Bikes make a difference) along the seafront raising money for local charities. Near to Paignton is the Model Village, Bygonnes, Kents Kavern, and Agatha Christy Home. Brixham, Torquay, Totnes and Dartmouth are all near by.
