Seacote Hotel
Wonderfully situated at St. Bees on the Solway Firth coast and within a short drive of the beautiful Lake District. The small, historic village has many points of interest including a 12th Century priory and a fine public school.

A nine hole golf course is within walking distance of the hotel and St. Bees beach with its marvellous stretch of sand is only 100 yards away.

The hotel has 75 bedrooms each with a private bathroom, central heating, telephone , colour flat screen sky TV and tea and coffee making facilities and WIFI FOC to guests. The hotel overlooks the Irish Sea and has a large car park located at the front of the hotel. The recently refurbished HEADLANDS restaurant offers a fine a la carte menu with a carefully selected wine list and the attractive bar offers Live Entertainment Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Quizz and Bingo is held on other evenings. We are introducing CASK ALES on 1st April 2010.

Hotel lovely. very clean. Food good. Staff very helpful. Only problem was being in rooms, over a wedding disco so noise was unbearable! My parents are 86yrs old, so it was uncomfortable for them in particular. In future will check on booking if wedding booked!

Location was perfect for starting out on the Coast to Coast hike in the morning. The chef graciously came in early and cooked a delicious breakfast for us before we started out on a very long day. Food was also great the night before when we ate in the bar. Room was comfortable.
