Sea Breeze Guest House offers you 2 star, comfortable, well appointed bedrooms with en-suite facilities. Our guest lounge is intimate and cosy with 2 comfortable leather sofas where you can watch TV or a DVD or enjoy a game of chess.

We have a comfortable temperance bar available for our guests who have ordered evening meals. Regular guests have welcomed the decision not to have a license. This enables them to bring their own alcohol which is stored, chilled and served for a small corkage fee. Soft drinks and mixers are available to purchase.

Our spacious dining room is the ideal place to enjoy an à la carte menu on Friday and Saturday evenings. Please advise us if you require dinner on your arrival as everything is freshly prepared to order. Midweek meals are available by special request. We do not consider our establishment suitable for children under 12 years of age.

All rooms are spacious and comfortable with en suite facilities (except for the twin room which has its own dedicated bathroom, opposite). Each has showers, wash basins and a toilet.

All rooms have colour TV, generous hospitality trays, clock radio, central heating and a few pampering extras. Hairdryers and ironing facilities on request.

Hotel Policies:

Arrival: Arrival time is flexible and by arrangement to suit us both.
Departure: Guests are requested to depart by 10am on day of departure.
Payment: Deposit required is cost of 1st night's accommodation with balance payable on arrival.
Credit cards are not currently accepted.
