The Courtyard Penthouse Apartment comprises of a large lounge with a dining table and chairs, sofa, colour TV, video and CD player, and one double bed. Situated in the former hayloft, exterior stairs lead to a large sun deck balcony with tables and chairs. The apartment has a further bedroom with balcony and a double bed. Both rooms share a modern shower room with hand basin and W/C.

Fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. Plus you can keep an eye on all our ducks and chickens. In addition a kitchen facility is available. The courtyard suite also has a beautiful sun deck to enjoy those lazy summer days. This apartment is not suitable for children under 14.

Sampons Studio is the perfect venue for meetings, seminars, small exhibitions and much more.A modern barn conversion within the Sampsons Farm accommodation and restaurant complex near Newton Abbot. This is a tranquil, pleasant and quality environment for a range of business functions conveniently located a short distance between Plymouth and Exeter. Up to 20 delegates can be accommodated. The Studio itself can be arranged in boardroom, classroom or any style tailored to suit your requirments.

Sampsons Restaurant has been awarded an AA Rosette for its wonderful Devon food, fine wines and ambience. Our chefs are some of the finest in Devon and delight in producing the finest food, beautifully presented. With a charming beamed sitting room with log fires, to relax for pre-dinner drinks and canapes, and two dining rooms, Sampsons is perfect for relaxed, unhurried dining. Dinner parties and celebrations can be arranged in your own private dining room if you wish.
