Rutland Guest House & Self Catering Cottage , Largs

Rutland Guest House is a comfortable family run Guest House owned by Joe & Louise. The Guest House is close to the sea front, town centre, and new childrens play area. Guests have owns keys and access at all times. All bedrooms have tea/coffee facilities, Satellite Television, central heating and fridge. Some bedrooms are en suite. There is adequate parking outside the property and dogs are welcome by arrangement. We have a Welcome Host Certificate.

Rutland Cottage is secluded and very comfortable. It has 2 bedrooms and a lovely lounge with marble fireplace. There is Satellite Television in every room. The cottage is fully equipped with bed linen and towels, etc.

The cottage has gas central heating and no stairs. The kitchen/dining area is fully equipped, and outside the house has a patio and garden. The cottage has a central location - 2 minutes from both the sea front and the town centre.

We are situated in Largs, Ayrshire Scotland. Largs has been a special place for generations of visitors to the West Coast of Scotland, and has previously won the Scottish Tourism Oscar Award for Best Tourist Town. Largs is only 30 minutes from Glasgow and Prestwick Airports and is an ideal base from which to explore breath-taking scenery, with picturesque views of Cumbrae, Arran, and surrounding Islands - all of which are accessible by ferry from both Largs and other ports in the surrounding area.
