We had a short stay here with our 2 teenage children. Most of the guests were elderly - probably been coming for years - however we all enjoyed our stay. Rooms were spotless and spacious and the teenagers were happy with the tv's and ipod docks. The staff were all great .

We had 5 nights here and enjoyed every moment. One day we had a lovely afternoon tea with amazing choices and had dinner in the hotel 3 times which we could not fault. If we are ever back in the area we will certainly stay here.

Excellent service and staff at Rothay Manor and the food good with menus changed on a daily basis. The lounge area and other common areas were elegant and we feel recently decorated, the dining room is spacious with no sense of crowding as in some places.

We stayed on a special offer deal and found the decor in the public areas a little dated. The staff were superb and the atmosphere was good.

We visited for afternoon tea as a birthday treat and had a lovely time, great food washed down with champagne and a wide selection of teas.

The Rothay Manor is a pleasant hotel a few minutes walk from the village with welcoming and helpful staff. Breakfast and dinner were excellent and the dining room and lounges were comfortable. We would return to this hotel.
