A warm welcome to our small quiet B&B in a traditional Cornish cottage in South-facing terraced gardens on the Land's End peninsula. All rooms en-suite with tea/coffee making facilities. Delicious meals using local produce. NO-SMOKING. Dogs by arrangement only

Positives: We liked the helpfulness of the host, Mike Mercer, as well as the good breakfasts, and CLEANLINESS of the room. The sheets, towels etc were changed regularly and the room had an appearance of being orderly and neat. We appreciated the cleaniness particularly when compared with another place which was not so clean. \negatives would be that there was no TV in rooms/no free wifi and the guest house is a bit out of the town, although we managed the walk to/from town everday. Overall, a 3.5 or 4 out of 6.
