Roselea House
A warm welcome awaits you at Roselea House, located within easy walking distance of Aberdeen city centre. Enjoy a relaxing stay at this friendly family-run guest house where you'll get one of the best quality breaks around - whether you are visiting Aberdeen overnight on business or for a few days to explore the city and surrounding area.

We've turned a traditional Aberdeenshire terraced property into an extremely comfortable and individual guest house, where our personal service and attention to detail in relaxed surroundings will make you feel at home. All our rooms are non-smoking and have free wi-fi access and flatscreen televisions with Freeview channels. We have two en-suite double bedrooms on the lower ground floor which are ideal for any guests with walking difficulties (the dining room is also on this level). We also cater for vegetarians and offer luggage storage facilites.

We are conveniently situated, with easy access to bus and railway stations (10 mins. walk) and the Northlink Ferry Terminal serving Orkney and Shetland Island. We are also only 10 minutes from Union Square, Aberdeen's latest restaurant, cinema and shopping complex. Proprietors: Mr Colin and Mrs Frances Moore

Open all year round. Our friendly and relaxed family run city centre guest house is close to Union Square, Aberdeen's new retail, cinema and restaurant complex. A generous traditional Scottish breakfast with lots of choice to suit everyones taste will set you up for the day.

Clean rooms, friendly proprietors, and a very central location made this a great place to stay. It is only a 5 minute walk to the railway station and a 10-15 minute walk to the town center.
