Rosehill rooms and cookery
Budleigh Salterton, at the western tip of the world famous Jurassic Coastline, is home to Rosehill rooms & cookery. Located in the heart of this picturesque Devon town, Rosehill is a luxury bed and breakfast, offering boutique-style accommodation of the highest standard. Lovingly refurbished, Rosehill is a beautiful Victorian house, with a magnificent original verandah running along its full length and is set within well established grounds.

The house, built in the 19th century has large, light and airy rooms and a very extensive Victorian verandah. This overlooks the beautiful garden full of camellias, fuchsias and roses with a newly created lawn and paths - all for you to enjoy. Alongside the bed and breakfast we also offer a cookery school with demonstration classes for all ages, with kids’ cookery classes for budding chefs.

Each of our bedrooms is individual all of them have been re-furbished with new bathrooms and fixtures and fittings, All are large and spacious featuring a large king-size bed, sofa and flat screen TV.

Beautiful bathrooms complement the great rooms. Refreshments tray and filtered water. Free 'Wi-Fi' access. Fluffy bath robes

All rooms have been renovated and offer -king-size beds, flat screen TV/DVD, tea & coffee, bathrobes, hairdryer, toiletries.

although we arrived quite late wen were recieved with a cheerful smile and shown to our room, given a key and a breakfast menu of some choice. The bed was huge to match the room, my only comment was that the shower was rather noisy. the breakfast was really well cooked and presented. A potted history of the building and the future developement was informative. We enjoyed the visit and would quite happily return.

The family could not have been more welcoming or accommodating. I stayed in the Beach Hut for 6 nights and it was one of the most comfortable rooms I had ever stayed in. I had a huge choice of breakfasts and on the last day I had blueberry pancakes which were delicious. As a non meat-eater every effort was made to make breakfast as yummy and interesting as possible. Sharon and Willie care a lot about what they are doing and for the comfort and enjoyment of their guests. The individual attention was like their house, was delightful. I would highly recommend staying at Rosehills, especially if you are a foodie.
