Rose Lodge Bed and Breakfast offers panoramic views of the Buchan countryside and is in an ideal location to explore fishing villages, the rugged coastline, museums and castles.See commercially worked peatlands and wooded vales nestling under the brow of Mormond Hill which takes us to New Leeds, a tiny village of seventy people.

Rose Lodge in the parish of Lonmay is situated 2 and half miles away from the birthplace of Elvis Presley's ancestors. We are bird enthusiasts and have a large aviary for guests to admire and a garden for residents use.

The bedrooms are comfortably furnished all ground floor with en-suite facilities. Guests can enjoy the lounge that has satellite TV and music facilities. In the dining room a wholesome Scottish breakfast is served and evening meals can be available by prior arrangement where produce from the garden is used. Special diets are also catered for.
