Rose-Dene is a family run guest house situated on the North side of Scarborough near Peasholm Park,

We have just completed a full redecoration and update of all guest rooms ready for the 2012 season. We now have a ensuite single room and all digital flat screen Tv's

We offer excellent quality accommodation all rooms ensuite, own private car park, quality home cooked food. Everyone Welcome.
The friendly atmosphere is designed to make your stay both comfortable and happy. The Guest House is close to all North shore amenities:- Open Air Theatre,Peasholm Park, Indoor Swimming Pool, Sea Life Center, Indoor Bowls Center and of course the beach.

Rosedene is a small friendly run guest house Close to Peasholm Park and all local amenieties and town centre. Private car park, all our rooms are ensuite with Flat screen digital TV's complimentary Tea /Coffee trays. Hairdryers, straightners are available, alarm clocks in every room, towels are supplied, we offer Room only and B&B. We pride our selves on our friendlyness and cleanliness it is guarenteed, prices start from £27.00 pppn reductions for children when sharing, Please ask for OAP discounts out of season.

Cots and High chairs and baby monitor are available.Iron and ironing board are available on request. Rooms are available from 2pm, Earlier by prior arrangement.

Hotel Policies:

Checkin time after 2pm if you wish to come earlier give me a ring we can sort it out to leave car or baggage etc if room not ready.

Check out usually 10-10.30 we can usually arrange to leave your car and or baggage for later collection
