Andy & Charlotte will do their best to make your stay an extremely comfortable and enjoyable one at their 4 star, pet friendly B&B offering superb hospitality and first class service,

Full English breakfast is served from 8.30 am to 9.30 am. Our Breakfast consists of locally sourced, fresh, free-range produce. We cater for all diets, but we may need some prior notice to source some special products.

All bedrooms have en-suite facilities, colour TV's, hospitality trays and central heating. There is also free car parking directly outside the Guest House from 4.00 pm to 10.00 am, and we have two private parking spaces if you require parking for longer.

Great value in stylish comfort. Excellent situation near lakeside and very easy walk into town. Possibly the best bed in Keswick!

We had a two night stay and would return in a heartbeat. The property has been refurbished to a very high standard indeed, top quality bedding and furniture immaculately maintained bedrooms spotlessly clean. The owner has spent a lot time designing the overall feel of the place and it is wonderful. There is a very laid back atmosphere, we came and went when we wished to and we also had our puppy with us who was also made to feel very welcome. The owners were constantly on hand should guests need anything and we found them to be extremely friendly and helpful. We think anyone staying here would be more than happy.

Stayed at Seymour house quite a few times now. Stayed for new year for past two yrs and hoping to get booked for this new year. Very clean, breakfast delicious ANDY the owner is very pleasant and very wellcoming thanks andy for our lovelly stays.
