Come and experience the tranquillity of Exmoor and the warmth of hospitality at Riverside Cottage.

Our six front bedrooms have sea, harbour and river views and private balconies, all rooms are en-suite and have LCD TV with Freeview channels.

Richard and Susan would be very happy to see you for one night or a week. We're confident you will enjoy your stay as many of our guests come back time after time.

About us
We offer comfortable beds, clean rooms and a selection of breakfast which includes everything from full English to a slice of toast, cereals and a selection of fresh fruit.

We are also happy to give you cheese and cold ham if you prefer a more continental breakfast. Croissants are available in high season or on request in advance.

Our rooms
We have six bedrooms with sea views, balconies with table and chairs.

We have a family room that sleep 4 and an economy room, both facing Lynmouth Street it they have the same level of equipment and are also en-suite.

Room 5 can be set up with two single beds or a king-size.

All rooms are en-suite two with a bath and shower. All have tea and coffee making equipment, hair dryer and colour TV.

Our Café Food and drinks
We have a drinks licence and residents lounge with large screen TV and all digital channels together with a bar.

Set in one of the best locations in Lynmouth, Riverside Cottage has entrances onto both Riverside Road and the pedestrianised Lynmouth Street, most amenities (restaurants, pubs, shops, harbour, Manor Green and the famous Cliff Railway) are within an easy level walk.

Local amenities
Riverside Cottage is a perfect place for Walking, Cycling, Fishing (River Lyn, Harbour, Beach or Boat), and riding, pony trekking or just as a centre for North Devon Touring. Alternately just sit on your balcony with a drink and watch the world go by.

wendy woodhall Family Visit United Kingdom Stayed: 21/06/2010 - 25/06/2010	10 me and my husband went with my mother and father(who has parkinsons.I e-mailed river cottage of this and they sent message back telling us all about access to the property and rooms.We had 2 rooms both with balconies and en-suites. We cannot fault this b&b at all Richard and Sue the owners were always friendly and breakfast you had 3 courses cereal full english if you want or just boiled egg also toast and jams tea coffee.Also tea and coffees in rooms and buiscuits. We will be going back we stayed for 4 nights in june 2010. BRILLIANT LOCATION.
