All rooms have en-suite shower rooms, tea/coffee trays with biscuits, freeview televisions, hairdryers and free private parking which is very hard to find in Rye during the summer season.

Family rooms have freeview televisions with built in DVD player.

Motel provides accommodation only, no food/breakfast is available on the premises.

Yes, we did stay at the Regent Motel. All went smoothly, and our room was fine. It's a good option at a good price.

Very friendly and helpful staff, spotlessly clean room, I moved beds, did finger test on door tops and shelving, all perfect, comy bed and all in all a pleasure to stay there and I have booked for the end of this month with my daughter.

Excellent location. Room was clean and had all the essentials exept for hairdryer. Very good value for money and made to feel very welcome. Pity nothing could be done about the noisy seagulls!!
