The hotel is a mile along on the right hand side. From the M4 (Eastbound): Leave the M4 at junction 45, and turn right onto the A4067 (sign posted Swansea). Take the second slip road sign posted to 'The Lakeside Shopping Park' and at the roundabout turn left. At the next roundabout turn right. At the next roundabout (Curry's Superstore on right hand side) turn left. At the next roundabout turn right onto Phoenix Way. The hotel is a mile along on the right hand side.
